Helping us help you
When you get in touch, please include your order number if you have one, the email address used for the order and a clear description of your question or issue. For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs of the product and packaging help us review the issue more quickly. Please do not send complete payment card details in a message.
Response
We aim to respond to every message as promptly as possible. Requests are handled in the order they are received, and more complex issues may need a follow-up message while we review the details.
Product questions
Each product page shows the available options, sizes and current price. If you need help choosing between products, sizes or colors, or have a question that is not answered on the product page, we are happy to help.
Orders and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 days, and delivery is estimated to take 6–12 days after dispatch. All products ship free of charge, and we cover applicable customs duties and related import fees, so you do not need to pay extra charges on delivery. Returns and refunds

All prices and payments are in USD. The total you confirm at checkout is the amount you pay for your order.
