By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown and charged in USD. Prices and promotions may change from time to time, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. When a promotion applies, the discounted price is shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges, duties and import fees

All products ship free of charge. We cover applicable customs duties and related import fees, so you do not need to pay additional delivery or import charges for your order.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, such as when a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error is identified, payment cannot be confirmed or an order appears to be fraudulent. If an order is cancelled after payment, any amount paid for the cancelled items is refunded.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 days, and delivery is estimated to take 6–12 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your delivery details are complete and correct.

Returns and refunds
